Take a look at this amazing project in Old Greenwich, CT, that Northeast rep Joe Orts collaborated on with Braydan Construction. Northeast supplied all of the framing materials, trim materials from Boral, as well as all interior doors for the main house and pool house.

With doors by Brosco and the window casing, fascia, and column wrapping from Boral, this is a project you should be sure to check out!

If you’ve been to our Weed & Duryea location in New Canaan recently, you’ve probably noticed the building is undergoing a significant renovation. We are redesigning our paint, outdoor living, decorative hardware departments, and more to make each area more convenient and provide more options for our customers.

We plan to have the renovation complete by Labor Day and we’ll keep you updated about the progress we’re making. We apologize for any inconvenience while the project is underway but we can’t wait for you to see how much better the store will be when we’re finished.

Nothing adds a more professional look to a home than finished carpentry. Window casing, baseboard and shoe, crown moulding, and beaded paneling and wainscotting all can add an elegance and charm that truly makes a house a home.

Although finished carpentry is more likely to be featured on the inside of a home, it can also be used to make a statement in areas outside the home as well. Our Northeast Building Supply locations all feature trim and moulding from Garden State Lumber, one of the leading manufacturers of trim and moulding in the Northeast.

Bring your front door entryway, screened porch, or mud room to life with materials from Garden State Lumber.

We’ve added two new members to our team. Marcell Daubenhauser has joined us as a yard manager in Bridgeport and Patty Gaffney has joined the Kitchen Center team as a project management coordinator.

Marcell is a graduate of Penn State University and has worked in the lumber and hardware industry for the last seven years. Marcell enjoys meeting new people and the daily challenges of the lumber and hardware business.

Patty has worn many hats before her arrival at Northeast. She’s worked in customer care, real estate, the credit industry, and now the kitchen and bath realm. She’s done a lot of do-it-yourself work on her own homes so she has experience on both sides of the aisle so to speak.
