The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority at Northeast Building Supply. During the last year, it has been our goal to keep customers and employees safe and healthy while also maintaining the same level of service and quality products that our businesses have provided for decades to architects, designers, homeowners, and building professionals in the tri-state area.

As the COVID-19 health situation evolves, Northeast will continue to take steps to keep our customers and the members of our in-store teams safe. We appreciate the flexibility and understanding our customers have shown during the last 12 months and we want to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure that our day-to-day operations remain as safe and efficient as possible in the coming months.

In-Store Service

Our employees understand the importance of proper hygiene when helping customers and will wash their hands frequently, use a hand sanitizer, and wear masks during working hours. All common areas where customers and employees congregate (registers, service counters, restrooms) will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Employees will not be allowed to work if they are ill.

Design Appointments

Customers are advised to make an appointments if they wish to speak to a Northeast design representative at any of our locations. Appointments can be scheduled at https://www.northeastco.com/contact/ or by calling the specific location. Appointments will prevent people from waiting to speak to a designer and minimize excess foot traffic at our locations.

Video Meetings and Conferencing

Each of our Northeast locations have the ability to schedule video calls if customers do not feel comfortable coming to a store. We can arrange appointments via Google Meet or Skype. All you have to do is schedule an appointment.

Pick-ups and Deliveries

All of our locations will continue to offer curbside pickup services. Customers must call ahead and place an order. You must have a credit card available when you place the order. We’ll give you a time when your order will be ready. When you arrive at the store, let us know you’re waiting, and we’ll bring your order out to you.

Northeast will continue to make deliveries to residential and commercial job sites. Deliveries will be scheduled in advance and health precautions will be observed when materials are unloaded. All Northeast vehicles are sanitized before and after each delivery.

These measures have been put in place for the safety of our employees, customers, and vendors. We thank you for helping us make Northeast a safe and trusted source for all of your home, construction, and building supply needs.
