The Inside Sales Representative will support both our branch sales and outside sales effort through exceptional customer service and project management.

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include as follows:
Promote our company mission “provide our customers with the highest quality buying experience.”
Internally manage the phases of construction associated with an assigned customer base
Respond to phone inquiries; answer questions and advise customers in selection of building material and supplies.
Provide estimates for customers and outside sales reps.
Work directly with purchasing for buying special orders.
Work with Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Manager to ensure the company achieves its sales budget every month.
Responsible for maintaining a professional and responsive phone protocol.
Work directly with operations staff to insure deliveries are shipped on time and in full.
Self-direct your training needs by being updated on product knowledge by vendor sales people.
You will be trained in our POS software program (Activant Eagle Browser) and the methods and means used to manage your sales.
