We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Floor Sales Associate to support our Weed & Duryea Hardware Store.

Full Job Description

  • We are looking for candidates with the following experience and/or willingness to learn:

    – Prior work servicing retail and wholesale customers.
    – Ability to stock shelves and set planograms.
    – Willingness to greet customers anywhere in store.
    – Execution of daily operational duties of store including opening, closing, stocking, etc.
    – Cashier
    – Customer service skills
    – Willingness to go above and beyond what is expected.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    – General knowledge of hardware a plus.
    – Cashier/customer service
